We reserve the right to limit sales of products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction, and to limit quantities offered.
We do not guarantee that product quality will meet every customer’s expectations or that errors in the Services will be corrected.

We reserve the right to refuse or limit orders that appear, in our sole judgment, to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
6. Subscriptions, Auto-Payments, and Cancellation
6.1 Subscriptions
Some products may be available as one-time purchases or as recurring subscriptions. If you enroll in a subscription, you authorize Pure Vita to automatically charge your selected payment method at the interval you choose until you cancel.
Your subscription price is the price in effect at the time you subscribe, unless a lawful price change occurs. If a price change is required, we will notify you in advance as required by law.
6.2 Billing & Shipping
After your first order ships, future shipments will be billed and shipped at your selected frequency. Each shipment will be billed at the then-current applicable price.
Where applicable, we may send a reminder email 3–5 days before your next charge, so you have notice of the upcoming shipment date and amount.
6.3 How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account and using the cancellation function, or by contacting us at:
To avoid being charged for the next shipment, please cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date.
Cancellation stops future billing and shipments. You remain responsible for charges already processed prior to cancellation.
6.4 Failed Payments
If a payment attempt fails (for example, an expired card), we may notify you to update your payment method. If payment is not successfully updated within a reasonable period, we may pause or cancel your subscription until you contact us.
7. Billing and Account Information
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders if we suspect fraud, misuse, or unusually large order volume.
If we cancel or modify an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and account information and to update it promptly when needed.

8. Optional Tools

Where liability cannot be excluded, Pure Vita’s total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of:

16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pure Vita and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain valid and enforceable.
18. Termination
These Terms remain effective unless terminated by you or by us.
You may terminate by discontinuing use of our Services. We may terminate or suspend access immediately if we believe you violated these Terms.
Obligations and liabilities incurred before termination survive termination.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with policies posted on the Site (including the Privacy Policy and Refund & Return Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Pure Vita and supersede any prior agreements or communications.
Any ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Pure Vita agree to resolve any claim, dispute, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services through binding arbitration on an individual basis.
Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
The arbitration will take place in Cheyenne, Wyoming, unless you and we agree otherwise.
You and Pure Vita each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in class actions or representative proceedings. Claims must be brought only in an individual capacity.
Each party will bear its own attorneys’ fees and costs, except as required by applicable law.
This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from bringing claims in small claims court where jurisdictional requirements are met.
For users located outside the United States, this arbitration clause does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the consumer laws of your country of residence.
