This Refund & Return Policy (“Policy”) applies to all Pure Vita™ products purchased directly through pure-vita.co.
Products purchased through third-party retailers, resellers, or unauthorized distribution channels are not covered by this Policy and must be returned according to the applicable third party’s return policy.
By placing an order with Pure Vita, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
1.2 Purchase Types
This Policy applies to both:
One-Time Purchases (OTP)
Single purchases without any recurring billing obligation.
Subscription Purchases
Recurring shipments managed through the customer subscription portal.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee described in Section 2 applies only to the first order of a subscription.

Pure Vita offers a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee to allow customers sufficient time to experience the full benefits of our wellness products.

To qualify for a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, the following conditions must be met:
First Order Only
The guarantee applies only to the first order placed by a customer. Subscription renewals and repeat purchases are not eligible.
30-Day Window
Refund requests must be submitted within thirty (30) calendar days from the delivery date, based on carrier tracking records.

After receiving a refund request:

2.4 No Return Required
Due to the consumable nature of our products, customers are not required to return opened or empty containers to receive a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee does not apply to:

3. Subscription Management and Cancellations
3.1 Subscription Cancellation
Customers with active subscriptions may cancel, pause, skip, or modify deliveries at any time through the customer subscription portal available on pure-vita.co.
Subscriptions can be managed without penalties.
3.2 Cancellation vs Refund
Cancelling a subscription prevents future shipments and charges only.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for previously shipped orders. Refund eligibility is governed by the terms outlined in this Policy.
4. One-Time Purchase Refunds
4.1 Standard Policy
One-time purchases are eligible for refunds only if they qualify as the customer’s first order, under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Subsequent purchases are not eligible for refunds under this guarantee.
4.2 Unfulfilled Orders
If an order has not yet been shipped, customers may request a refund by contacting support.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Shipping Issues and Non-Delivery
5.1 Standard Delivery Time
Pure Vita considers up to 16 calendar days from the shipping date to be a normal delivery timeframe.

5.2 Extended Transit
If a package has been in transit longer than 16 days without delivery confirmation, the situation may be considered a shipping issue.
