I put Pure Vita in my cart three times before I actually bought it. Every time I told myself the same thing: "I've already tried so many things. What's going to be different this time?"

Then a friend sent me a voice note saying she'd lost 6 lbs in a month — no diet, no gym, just this. I finally clicked buy. Within 5 days the cravings that had controlled my life for years were just... gone. The food noise stopped. My stomach was flatter. I had energy past 3pm for the first time in forever.
